We know the long days, the high-pressure moments, and the weight you carry — and the dog waiting at home who makes it all a little lighter.
Every day, Cairns’ frontline workers show up under pressure, face high-stress situations, and carry the weight of our community on their shoulders.
4 Paws & a Uniform is a Photography Portrait project that honours your dedication, your resilience, AND the unconditional love and support your dog gives you every day. Through these portraits, we’re creating a moving Photography Book that celebrates the incredible bond that keeps you going — both on shift and at home.
In previous years, through our Puparazzi Art Project, we photographed over 200 dogs, raised a staggering $25,000 for charity, published a book AND hosted a moving art exhibition celebrating our loyal pups. This year, we continue the celebration, capturing the courage, resilience, and everyday heroism of our frontline workers — with proceeds supporting the Far North Queensland Hospital Foundation.

If you serve our community in any other vital role, we’d love to celebrate you too — every hero and every story matters.

All personalities are welcome — big, small, shy, or playful — and it’s the perfect chance to take part in a portrait experience that celebrates you and your faithful friend.
We are now taking Registrations of Interest to be part of 4 Paws & a Uniform. If you’re successful, you will receive:
- A “Get to Know You” Consult Call
- A 1 Hour Studio “4 Paws” Pawtrait Session (Valued at $200)
- A Design & Purchasing Appointment (Value at $150)
- All family members MOST WELCOME
- AND a $200 Credit to put towards owning photos from your session!

Every dollar raised funds vital medical equipment, hospital upgrades, staff training and community health programs that make a real difference to Far North Qld patients and their families.
What is the 4 Paws and a Uniform Project?
The 4 Paws and a Uniform Project is a fun charity project with the aim of raising $10,000 for the Far North Queensland Hospital Foundation
Your $95 participation fee AND 5% of sales will be donated in full.
Capture the true personality of your dog in beautiful, timeless portraits — no awkward posing, no stress, just genuine moments that reflect the special bond you share.
By taking part in the 4 Paws & a Uniform Project, you’re not only creating something meaningful, you’re also helping raise vital funds for the Far North Queensland Hospital Foundation, making this more than just a photo – it’s a keepsake with a cause.
Whether it’s just your furry friend or your whole family joining in, we’ll create a relaxed mix of portraits — with your dog, in uniform, and also natural family images you’ll love having on your walls.
Every dog photographed will be featured in an elegant coffee table book celebrating the dogs of Cairns alongside the frontline heroes who love them. The book will be available for sale at the end of the project.

We hope to have the Project finished by October, but it really depends how quickly we fill the spaces and complete the sessions. We will keep every participant featured in the loop and let you know when we are ready to unveil your doggy star!
While you’re welcome to be in the photos, there’s no pressure to be at all! If you’d rather just your dog is photographed that is fine. But hopefully we’ll make you feel relaxed and comfortable enough to give it a go. There’s no awkward posing and no rules. We’ll help you feel comfortable, get the laughs happening and make sure you have a relaxed and fun time. We promise you’ll enjoy it!
Your session fee covers your photoshoot, but the photos themselves are not included. After your session, you’ll visit the studio for your design and ordering appointment, where you can purchase stunning Wall Art, Fine Art Prints, Albums, digital files, plus a copy of the exclusive 4 Paws and a Uniform Photography Book.
